We really shouldn't do this to you. Seriously, we're so wrong for even making these available. As luck would have it, Chef Julius recently took a trip to the Southwest to visit family. As always he was eager to grill and started playing with some local ingredients. Finding himself in in a pepper heaven he wanted to do something that brought the heat of the southwest to life, while capturing the magic of how fresh fruit is incorporated into everything. He landed on creating a marinade and finishing sauce that combines fresh pineapple and habanero peppers.
Excited by the idea of southwest sweetness and classic heat, he tried these ribs out on his family first. They received raved reviews and were deemed the best ribs some of them ever had. Well, he's perfected them further and is now ready to share them with each of you.
