Maple & Garlic Salmon
Enjoy this seasonal salmon presentation with elevated and unexpected flavors. First, we slather a generous serving of wild salmon with Grade A maple syrup and fresh garlic. Then, we roast it to perfection, allowing the flavors to sink in as the heat creates a lightly candied crust. And just for good measure, we serve it with scallion rice and a sautéed broccoli and cauliflower blend. Each order includes 6 oz of salmon, 5oz of scallion rice, and 5oz of sautéed broccoli.
