Our Asian-flavored, sticky BBQ wings are big and flavorful. These whole wings are carefully selected and extensively marinated in a combination of ginger, garlic, sweet chili, hoisin, and sesame oil. Once prepped, we slow cook them to a perfect tenderness. Finally, we finish them with our new, house-made, shamelessly addictive Japanese Togarashi BBQ sauce.
