Red Lentils & Vegetables
Red lentils already have proven health benefits. The bonus from our perspective is that they take well to just about any flavor. In this version, we slow-cook the lentils in vegetable stock and enhance them with cumin, fennel, fermented garlic, and shallot powder. Once cooked, the lentils are tossed with olive oil and chopped vegetables and finished with our signature Wizard Dust.
