Let's get with the get down on this New Orleans classic and Chef Julius's favorite…Po boys!!! Po boys are the ultimate sandwich and New Orleans walking food. They are warm, deliciousness served on soft, French-style bread, filled with savory proteins, and finished with a combination of Chef Tiki's housemade pickles, lettuce, tomato, and savory sauces.
This year we’re offering a Po Boy kit. We’ll prepare the ingredients. And you get to have a blast putting them together. This is a create-your-own culinary adventure of the best possible kind.
Our Po Boy kits are available in four different flavors.
- The Voodoo – Spicy chicken with all the fixings
- The Zulu – Cajun blackened catfish with all the fixings
- The Zydeco – NOLA-style BBQ gulf shrimp with all the fixings
- NOLA Party - One of each po boy flavor
Each kit includes the protein of your choice and fixings for THREE, hearty and filling 6-inch sandwiches. Trust us, you won't regret having three!
