Crab & Quinoa Salad
It’s Tabbouleh gone wild! We make this traditional Middle Eastern dish with a taste and texture twist. Adding generous portions of lump crab and claw meat crab, we toss this hearty grain-herb mix with homemade mustard, Asian sweet chili sauce, and Chef Tiki’s Wizard Dust. And, for the final dramatic twist, we serve it atop baby endive lettuce leaves.
