Island Time is the equivalent of a fine restaurant's chef's table. It puts you up close and personal with the chef, enabling you to enjoy a delightful combination of mind-blowing food and culinary conversations.

This VIP experience allows select clients* to invite 2-3 friends to join them for a two-hour, dinner/ performance as Chef Julius prepares a 5-course meal of his design. You'll get to see Chef Julius in his natural habitat - the island in his home kitchen.
