Grilled Polenta Cakes & Whitefish Ceviche
Grits are great in any form. You’ll love our version where we take polenta, classic Italian grits, season them with olive oil and herbs before forming them into discs that we then grill. Once the polenta is ready, we pair it with our favorite whitefish ceviche. Our whitefish ceviche is a blend of chopped fish tossed with citrus, corn, sweet peppers, shallot, olive oil, and herbs. The warm grilled polenta topped with the chilled ceviche is the best of both worlds.
Each serving contains approximately 9oz of whitefish ceviche and three polenta cakes.
